CONTEXT

In October 2016, Matter designed and facilitated the Communication Council, the annual meeting for Generali’s Group Communications and Public Affairs Office.

PROCESS

About 50 participants met in Munich to share state-of-the-art, business cases and best practices, and to develop an integrated approach to Community implementation that takes into account the diversity of contexts in which Generali operates.

RESULT

Participants built a high-level global execution plan consistent with Generali business strategy, high-level priorities and key messages and they identified ways of working for their community.
