In 2016 Coesia, the world leader in innovative packaging and industrial automation, launched a program to build a shared understanding around culture and values across the organization.
Matter is responsible of the design and the facilitation of a 5-year program that will involve Coesia employees from all over the world in a series of highly interactive workshops. The program has been designed to cascade corporate values across the group in order to make them as tangible as possible, thereby leveraging them as a driver of corporate strategy.
Participants’ feedback are extremely positive so far. The workshops are building a better shared understanding of the group. The program is both pragmatic and aspirational and is having a powerful effect on building the sort of ‘team spirit’ that impacts the bottom line.
