CONTEXT

In July 2016, Matter designed and facilitated a global Fertility Meeting for a recognized pharmaceutical company. A group of 80 participants set the foundations of a global community addressing topics and therapies of human fertility.

APPROACH

Doctors, distributors, representatives and managers met to share knowledge and experience within the Fertility Network, and to identify the goals needed for the company to become a solid benchmark for the industry and develop a shared community management model.

RESULT

The participants were able to deepen the aspects of collaboration between the company and its distributors, taking into account the different needs and expectations that characterize the relationship with agents operating in different organizational contexts.
