CONTEXT

Philip Morris is on a journey to position itself as a catalyst of innovation in Italy.

PROCESS

Matter co-designed and facilitated a two-day workshop for 50 participants on both product and business model innovation and the company’s future positioning.

RESULT

Over two days, participants shared a long-term vision on Philip Morris Italia’s positioning in innovation, they created a common language to communicate with their stakeholders, and they developed project ideas and concrete initiatives.
