India’s largest company, Reliance, is launching an India-wide 4G phone service: Jio. The first hundred days after the launch will be one of the most dynamic and ambitious commercial operations in history. We were asked to build alignment among the top 120 executives of the commercial team, gathered in Mumbai to plan the launch.
Together with our partners, The Difference, we facilitated a two-day DesignForum to map the constraints and barriers to a flawless, frictionless service roll-out and collaboratively design a successful go-to-market strategy.
The initial roll-out to Reliance employees has proceeded flawlessly.
