CONTEXT

A leading Swiss/Italian bank, created a task force to define the strategic guidelines for its new digital business model. This team of 15 professionals developed an ambitious approach to be presented to the Executive Board.

PROCESS

The bank asked us to design and facilitate a team development workshop to build on the experience of the Digital Model Project. The session was designed to identify best practices and effective ways of working for the team, to consolidate participants’ system-thinking approach and to train them to create operational, and technical solutions in the framework of high-level strategic perspectives.

RESULT

We facilitated a training experience where participants had constructive conversation around these topics in a very collaborative context. This made a significant contribution to their performance in their day-to-day roles.
