Context
An inclusive Financial Services initiative convened a group of ‘Enablers’ to help design, critique, and advocate for the construction of a digital financial services platform for the poor.
Approach
The Enablers group constituted an eclectic mix of technologists, entrepreneurs, payments experts, a central banker, a regulator, foundation staff, and others. Our role was to design and facilitate three major workshops during which this team contributed to the development of this new platform which is currently being prepared for pilots in Nigeria and Pakistan.
Results
The foundation strategy was translated into reality while participants learned from each other, developed insight through group problem solving, define and implement their solutions together.
