Context
More than 250 people gathered for the first company convention of an IT consulting group, bringing together the entire company population for a day of activities with the aim of deepening the understanding and ownership of the Group’s vision and strategic objectives, exploring industry trends, learning from one another, and developing new ideas and initiatives. The day was also an opportunity to share results, strengthen cohesion, and foster shared responsibility for collective success.
