Context
Over 100 Project Managers, Division Directors, Functional Leads, and Site Managers from a leading company operating in the electric power transmission sector, came together for a two-day collaborative workshop aimed at creating a shared understanding of the new Efficient Territorial Planning model. The initiative sought to accelerate the development and implementation of the model by defining a shared strategy to integrate new operational processes with existing ones and establish a new mode of interaction with the stakeholders involved on the ground.
Approach
- Co-design and facilitation of plenary sessions and working groups to share the objectives of each operational site, accelerating knowledge exchange and collaboration.
- Planning of possible interaction scenarios between stakeholders and sites to understand operational needs and requirements critical to project development.
- Collaborative analysis of gaps and enabling factors for each site, with identification of priorities and execution processes.
Results
- Creation of a shared vision of the new model and understanding of the Value Proposition for different stakeholders.
- A new list of objectives, gaps, enabling factors, and interdependencies among the operational sites involved in implementing the model.
- Definition of execution priorities, including mapping of macro-actions and milestones for each site, to accelerate the rollout of Efficient Territorial Planning and reduce risks associated with its development.
