Context
Matter was asked to co-design and facilitate six editions of the Interaction by Design program, between August 2023 and April 2025. The session was developed as a structured learning and development journey aimed at strengthening employees’ capabilities in alignment with the organisation’s mission and values of a leading international organisation.
The program brought together staff across functions and locations to strengthen interaction and collaboration skills, foster a shared learning culture and community and equip employees with practical tools to contribute more effectively to global initiatives.
Approach
- Co-designed and facilitated a two-day workshop.
- Introduced practical models and tools to support the design of impactful events.
- Created an interactive learning environment combining real design challenges, peer feedback and hands-on experimentation.
- Provided supporting resources to extend learning beyond the workshop.
