Matter co-designed and facilitated the Annual Meeting of the Young Global Leaders in Dubai, a three-day gathering bringing together leaders from diverse sectors and regions.
The event aimed to strengthen the YGL community by fostering meaningful connections, sharing cutting-edge knowledge on global challenges, and inspiring participants to lead with impact.
Approach
- Co-designed and facilitated a three-day in-person summit.
- Curated a dynamic program of plenary conversations, parallel sessions and collaborative workshops addressing pressing global challenges.
- Designed interactive formats to encourage dialogue, peer learning and active participation across the community.
- Complemented the formal program with networking dinners and social moments to strengthen relationships and foster cross-community connections.
