Riccardo Birindelli

Born in Rome in 1994, Riccardo completed a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. He then decided to marry the knowledge he acquired with his passion for the gastronomic world by attending a Master’s programme in FoodCulture, Communication, and Marketing at UNISG in Pollenzo (Piedmont). His curiosity has led him to travel the world, taking on various positions both in restaurants and in farms. He loves art and nature and in his free time he organises social dinners in his house for people from all over the world. Languages spoken: Italian, English.
