Dan has been designing and facilitating collaborative solutions for nearly 30 years, the last 20 of which as managing director of Matter Solutions in Rome, London, and Milan. He speaks English and Italian.

After studying modern and contemporary art and following an initial career in arts management, Erica joined Matter in 2015 and is now considered a master in event design and facilitation. She is also a business coach and counsellor. Erica leads our Milan office and speaks Italian and English.

Martina studied biotechnology and today leads the business side of Matter, a role she has guided for nearly a decade. She speaks Italian, English, and French.

Jodi adopted the DesignShop methods and tools nearly 25 years ago while serving as a healthcare executive at the Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, where she led a think tank driving healthcare reform. Jodi speaks English, German, and French.

Svenja adopted the MGTaylor methods and tools while working as a consultant for Ernst & Young and, later, Capgemini. She joined Matter in 2013 and is currently president of The Value Web, a social business centered on training collaborative methods and which counts several Matter partners and staff among its members. Svenja is Certified Integral Facilitator and an Organizational Relationship Systems Coach. She speaks German, English, and French.

Alfredo is a collaborative process designer and graphic facilitator working with visual thinking and collective sense-making. He founded Housatonic in 2008, leading the studio for over fifteen years as an internationally recognised reference in graphic facilitation and communication. He now runs No Control and collaborates with organisations and networks working with complexity, social impact, and cultural transformation. He speaks Italian and English.

Hilde has a background as supply chain and strategy consultant with Ernst & Young, later Cap Gemini, and has designed and facilitated collaborative processes for nearly 25 years. She co-founded Minds On in Oslo, which merged with Matter in 2012, introducing the MGTaylor methods to the Nordic. Hilde is also a co-founder of the Global Commons Alliance. She is an Organizational Relationship Systems Coach and a Certified Professional Facilitator with the International Association of Facilitators. Hilde speaks Norwegian, Swedish, and English.

Andor, a former army officer, business consultant and certified instructor of the leadership training program UGL (Understanding Group and Leader), co-founded the facilitation company Minds On in the early 2000s, later merging with Matter. He has been working with group dynamics and collaborative processes for over 30 years; he is also a co-founder of the Global Commons Alliance and a Certified Professional Facilitator with the IAF (International Association of Facilitators). Andor speaks Swedish, Norwegian, English and some French.

Trained as a translator and interpreter, Eliana began her career in the humanitarian sector, managing complex strategies and programs for the Red Cross around the world. She joined Matter in 2021 and is considered a master in event design and facilitation. Eliana speaks English, Italian, French, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Riccardo studied economics and food culture, communication, and marketing. Since 2022, Riccardo has served as a project manager on Matter’s most complex engagements. He speaks Italian and English.

Alexandra studied business administration and creative business and social innovation. Today, she plays a coordination and project management role in Matter, which she joined in 2023. She speaks English, French, Spanish, and Italian.

After studying political science and development economics, Federica began her career working for leading global sustainable-development NGOs. She joined Matter in 2024 and today focuses primarily on managing and coordinating projects in Italy and around the world. She speaks Italian, English, and Spanish.

Lorenzo is a consultant and facilitator focusing on international development and education. He was first exposed to MGTaylor methods while working in Capgemini’s Accelerated Solutions Environment in London in 2008. He speaks English, Italian, Spanish, and French.

After studying and working in the urban and regional planning field in Kenya, Bianca joined Matter’s extended team in 2023 and moved to the core team in 2025. Today she supports project management and coordination. She speaks English, Kiswahili and Italian.

Chory studied communication, languages, and cultures. He joined Matter in early 2025 after several years in operations management. Today he is part of the administration team and engages with clients for sales activities and during events. Chory speaks English, Italian, and Spanish.

Marcello is a facilitator specialised in educational systems, training methodologies, and creative co-design processes. He has experience designing and delivering facilitating high-stakes workshops for a variety of Italian and International clients. He speaks English, Italian, Spanish, and French.
